Notes

 After some feedback in class I wanted to further my notes and make a few more concepts showing the textures that I want to achieve. With the castle itself the walls and adornments are really plain and since I am going for an architectural I can add a few things here and there along with a better texture. I really want to push my ideas with this project so I did some added research and took more notes. All things I really want are noted in red.



A first idea to my floor plan. I want to add some things and maybe take others away. I know that I want to create a pretty normal sized space so that I can concentrate on the quality of the work and not the quantity. However, I do know that I have to give myself enough work to keep myself busy.

  A sketch of the Goddess entity. I don't know if I want to target an actual sculpture of her or just make a tapestry but I know I want to put her in here. I can just imagine her as a statue with vines growing around her.


 Simple notes on how I want the chess pieces to look. In the garden there will be a chess set made of bushes. 



Here is a merge of images I found from a random internet search. I love some of the themes in them and I plan to use some of the ideas in my environment.


Another internet search. This time of existing game environments. I wanted to see what others have accomplished so in the end I want to have a faded effect like in Price of Persia 4 but simple models such as those in Oblivion; just not as PC gamish.
