He latest renders of the sculpted items.
Here are individual renders of some of the items I have done so far. These are unsculpted so I have yet to do that.
Officially I have every base mesh created and modeled for the most part, save for the extra items I might want to add during the break and work on. Next quarter I will be taking most of the items into Mudbox and working with them and texturing.
The entirety of next class will be dedicated to refining, refining, refining.
With these renders I work very rough. While in the modeling program I create the assets in one whole group so I know they will fit together. When The mesh is finalized the way I want it I then begin to save them in separate files and go from there. I am a big stickler for solving the big problems in the beginning to save problems later.
Personally I can't wait until I start bringing these items into the engine.
A few new stills! I have been slowly working on the individual models as of late, adding details that I found would make the models better. I really can't wait until I add the lion head to the fountain piece!
A new update! I have some renders of what I have been working on so far. Officially the gray box world is complete and now I can move onto modeling the placeholder. I am working on the chess pieces and next I will tackle the trees.
I do find it funny though that when I was finishing up the world I new I was missing something very simple and something that I knew I needed and low and behold I forgot the sky dome. I will be working on that today but anyways; here they are.
I really can't wait to take these into Mudbox and then texture them. There are so many ways I can approach this and I am hoping that I go the right way.
